Our Microlot coffee comes from selected high altitude lots in the Aquiares farm, Costa Rica.
The beans are carefully hand-picked in small batches. A well paid special team of skilled harvesters pick the ripest cherries visiting each tree up to seven times during the harvest to ensure that only fully red ripe cherries are picked.
