At Wild Pen Coffee Roasters, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer free shipping on all orders over £50. For orders under £50, we charge a flat rate of £3.25. We carefully package each bag of our small-batch coffee so that it arrives fresh and delicious. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us at roasted@wildpen.coffee and we will do our best to make it right.
Shipping Policy

We are a Small Batch Coffee Roaster - we ship the coffee directly to you, and the coffee usually takes 2-3 days to arrive.
Packaging is environmentally friendly.
Orders are sent by Royal Mail.
There is a flat rate of £3.25 for 2nd class and £4.20 for 1st class.
Pickup from Wild Pen Coffee Roasters can be arranged. Please contact us to arrange pickup time. We'd love to hear from you!

Return & Exchange Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at roasted@wildpencoffee.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to provide a refund or exchange for any unopened bags of coffee. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for opened bags of coffee due to the perishable nature of the product. If your coffee arrives damaged or defective, please let us know and we will send you a replacement bag free of charge.
