About this coffee:
This crop consists of the Varietals Caturra, Red and Yellow Catuai, Hibrido Tico
The harvest begins in mid-December and goes through until end of February. The soil is a pale clay, tan to light reddish in colour.
Region: Los Santos - Tarrazu valleys and mountains south of San Jose
Elevation -1200 -1820 masl for the farm. The coffee for La Minita coffee is only taken from 1400 meters and up.
