Farmed by smallholder growers, at 900 to 1,100 meters above sea level. Rainforest Alliance certified.
Mexican Mountain Water decaffeination process: the water extraction process was patented in 1987 - process certified as "Organic"
The subscription batches are roasted at the beginning of every month and coffee is dispatched fresh to you to arrive by the second week.
